  • what happens if the weather is bad?
    the weather can be unpredictable at times and it is not always possible to fly our drones. strong wind and heavy rain for example. if we are unable to carry out filming on the agreed date we will carry the work out as soon as possible or wait until the weather clears on the day. we track the weather on a 7 day forecast to help with our scheduling.
  • where can I use my order?
    you can use your orders anywhere you wish. marketing Squared own the images, footage and graphics produced. the music we use in our videos are license free so can be used on any platform.
  • who owns the images and footage?
    we are the legal owners of all footage and photography taken on a project. when you purchase a service you are free to use the final project as you see fit. ownership of any footage or images can be purchased at an agreed rate.
  • do I need to pay a deposit and when is payment finalised?
    no need for a deposit if the project is within our catchment area. a 25% deposit will apply if out of our catchment area. you will be notified of this in advance. we invoice on the first working day of the month for the previous months orders. invoices are requested to be paid within 5 working days.
  • how do we receive the end product?
    we send either by wetransfer.com, which is a safe and free method of sending large files which does not downgrade the quality or we can deliver the final project to you in person via memory stick.
